Community Bank is a Top SBA Lender in Southern California

PASADENA, Calif.--()--Community Bank was recently ranked the 7th largest SBA Lender of 7(a) loans in the Santa Ana District for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015. This district includes Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties and has a total of 116 lenders providing 7(a) loans. In the Los Angeles district, the Bank was ranked in the top 12% of all SBA lenders for the fiscal year ending in September. The Los Angeles district includes Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

SBA 7(a) loans are the primary loan products that fuel small businesses. Businesses can use these loans for business acquisition, to start a new business, to expand, to purchase equipment or for a real estate purchase. With extended term maturities and minimal capital contribution the 7(a) loan is a great tool to help small businesses when they may not qualify for a traditional business loan.

Deborah Gallagher, SVP and SBA Division Manager at Community Bank, said “These SBA loans provide a tool for Community Bank to help our small business and entrepreneur customers grow their companies. They also provide job growth in the communities we serve which benefits the Southern California economy.”

Chief Executive Officer David R. Misch stated, “Offering a portfolio of SBA products is just one of the many ways Community Bank partners with our customers to help them succeed. The Bank prides itself on being able to help entrepreneurial companies expand their business and grow their workforce.”

Community Bank, partnering to be YOUR community bank, has offices in Anaheim, Burbank, Century City, Commerce, Corona, Fontana, Glendale, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Ontario, Pasadena, Redlands, Santa Clarita, Santa Fe Springs, South Bay, and Woodland Hills.
