LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ChannelAdvisor Corporation (NYSE:ECOM), a leading provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions that enable retailers and manufacturers to increase global sales, today announced the appointment of two new members to its EMEA leadership team. Mike Shapaker has been promoted to managing director, EMEA, and Adam Joseph has joined as director of client services, EMEA.
In his role as managing director, Mike Shapaker will lead ChannelAdvisor’s EMEA teams and be responsible for developing the company’s local strategy and direction for growth.

Mike Shapaker also holds the position of vice president of brands and manufacturers at ChannelAdvisor, responsible for leading the ChannelAdvisor for Brands initiative. During his time at ChannelAdvisor, Mike Shapaker has led the company’s Professional Services and Business Operations teams. Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, he held leadership roles at Nortel Networks and TheraSim. Shapaker received a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
Adam Joseph has joined ChannelAdvisor as director of client services, EMEA. In this role, he will be overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experience and striving to create long-term value for all ChannelAdvisor customers in the EMEA region.
Adam Joseph brings a wealth of leadership and customer success experience, having previously held the role of vice president of customer success for Avention and product manager for Reuters. He received a Bachelor of Science in business information technology from the University of Westminster.
