New Book by Dr. Thomas H. Lee Aims to Unleash an “Epidemic of Empathy” to Reduce Patient Suffering

He has more than three decades of experience in healthcare performance improvement as a practicing physician, hospital executive, researcher and health policy expert. In addition to his role as Press Ganey’s CMO, Dr. Lee is also a practicing internist and cardiologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He previously served as Network President for Partners Healthcare System and CEO for Partners Community HealthCare, Inc.
