HDS Appoints Ari Staiman as VP Business Development and Legal

PALO ALTO, Calif.--()--HDS (Home Delivery Service) today announced that Ari Staiman has joined the company as VP Business Development and Legal.

Ari brings more than fifteen years of global ecommerce, technology and intellectual property experience to HDS, both on the business and legal sides. Prior to joining HDS, Ari served as General Manager of the China and Ireland branches of Borderfree, a technology and e-commerce company. Ari also served as Borderfree’s General Counsel, guiding it through its financing rounds, IPO, activities as a publicly traded company on NASDAQ and acquisition by Pitney Bowes.

Previously, Ari was President of Sega Amusement Works and also spent seven years at Sega Corporation in Tokyo, where he served as General Counsel for all Sega group companies worldwide. Prior to joining Sega, Ari was with the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie in their Tokyo office.
