HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Legal technology company CS Disco Inc. today announced that Trevor Jefferies, a 20+-year legal industry veteran, will be joining DISCO as Senior Client Counsel, reporting to CEO Kiwi Camara.
With extensive litigation knowledge and experience, Trevor joins Disco from Arnold & Porter, where he was working on matters arising from a wide variety of cases in jurisdictions across North America and Europe, including commercial and patent litigation, the grounding of the cruise ship Costa Concordia off the Italian coast, and the crash of Air France Flight 447 in the mid-Atlantic Ocean. Prior to that, he spent several years with Pillsbury Winthrop and Hogan Lovells as a Partner in both firms. While at Hogan Lovells, Trevor was a founding member of that firm’s Electronic Information Group, where he led the development of the firm’s internal ediscovery collaborative knowledge base, and was a core member of the ediscovery compliance team. He has designed and supervised numerous large review teams using database workflow management as well as technology assisted review techniques. Trevor is also a veteran of the United States Air Force where he was a T-38 Instructor Pilot and an F-15 Flight Leader. He is an Order of the Coif graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, where he also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Houston Journal of International Law.
“Trevor will be an invaluable asset to our clients,” said VP of Customer Success Dianne Borges. “His depth of understanding of what drives productive discovery--and litigation--will help ensure the best fit possible between DISCO and the way clients work from matter-to-matter. He brings yet another client-centric eye to the way we innovate as a team.”
“I’m pleased with how our team continues to grow with such meaningful and quality additions,” said CEO Kiwi Camara. “Trevor brings over two decades of legal experience to DISCO, with a history of excellence in the many different areas he's pursued in his professional life. We look for quality over quantity when we decide to add to our team, and we feel that Trevor is an excellent fit.”
“I’m proud to join a company that is using groundbreaking technology to solve the challenges that lawyers, including myself, and their teams have faced with legal technology for so long,” Jefferies commented. “I believe that DISCO is doing great things for the legal industry.”
