Costello to Share Key Insights into Dunkin’ Brands Mobile and Digital Strategies for Driving Deeper Consumer Engagement

Costello will discuss how Dunkin’ Brands is optimizing mobile across digital touch points to better engage and drive valuable customer feedback. The session, entitled “Bottom Line Branding: Optimizing Mobile and Digital for Deeper Consumer Engagement,” will take place on November 5, 2015 at noon ET.

Dunkin’ Brands has a successful DD Perks loyalty program with more than three million members and over 13 million downloads of the Dunkin’ App. In the keynote session, Costello will share key insights into how Dunkin’ Brands determines the right approach for mobile and cross-platform marketing even while traditional marketing is working very well. Dunkin’ Brands is optimizing its mobile and digital strategies to drive a two-way dialogue with its customers and to gain the critical customer feedback that is essential to brands.

In his role, Costello has global responsibility for Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins advertising, marketing, consumer engagement, digital, mobile and social marketing, consumer and business intelligence, and oversees research and product development, the culinary team and retail channel development efforts for both brands globally. One of the early pioneers of omni-channel marketing, John has served as the EVP of Merchandising and Marketing at The Home Depot, Senior EVP of Sears, Chief Global Marketing Officer of Yahoo, and President and COO of Nielsen Marketing Research U.S. John began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he held a number of senior marketing and brand management positions and served as Senior VP of Marketing and Sales at Pepsi-Cola, USA. John was named one of the 30 Most Influential People in Marketing by Advertising Age, one of the Top 50 Marketers by Adweek, one of the top CMO Officers by the CMO Club, one of the Top 10 Merchants by DSN Retailing Today and was elected to the Retail Advertising Hall of Fame. He is a director of Ace Hardware, Fantex, Inc. and the Yellowstone Park Foundation, and past Chairman of both the Association of National Advertisers and The Advertising Council.
