Broadview Adds New Company-wide Chat Service, Mobile Apps and Other Enhancements to MyOfficeSuite Portal

Version 2.0 of the MyOfficeSuite™ portal, which integrates seamlessly with Broadview’s cloud-based OfficeSuite® Phone system and other products, offers new features:

  • MyOfficeSuite Apps for iPhone® and Android—Employees on the go can chat with coworkers, click-to-call their contacts, listen and respond to voicemail messages and make real-time configuration changes directly from their smartphones.
  • Company-wide Chat—Employees can instantly connect with any other co-worker in the system at any location, from any browser or from the MyOfficeSuite app for iPhone® or Android™.
  • Quick Connect Tab—Employees can see which co-workers are online or on a call and instantly chat or click-to-call any contact.
  • Google® Chrome Extension—With the OfficeSuite® extension, available from the Chrome Web Store, employees can click any phone number on any website, even from web-based applications, to launch a call to any device, including smartphones, tablets, desk phones and PC softphones.
  • Custom Music on Hold—Administrators can choose from a set of royalty-free music or upload their own music or greeting to play while callers are on hold.
  • Order Status Panel—Administrators can track and manage orders or service change requests online.
  • Streamlined Interfaces —Call groups, call routing and business hours options are all now even easier to use.
