(NCHICA) announced the winners of the Health IT Transformation Awards at a ceremony on September 14 during their 21st Annual Conference in Pinehurst, NC. Bivarus, Audacious Inquiry and Community Care of North Carolina were recognized for their solutions in patient engagement, connected health and population health.
NCHICA’s Health IT Transformation Awards highlight solutions in patient engagement, connected health and population health management that improve health outcomes, enhance patient care and lower costs. These were the winners in each category:
- Patient Engagement: Bivarus, for its analytics platform to measure the patient experience and improve patient outcomes
- Connected Health: Audacious Inquiry, for its Encounter Notification Service® platform to reduce hospital readmissions
- Population Health Management: Community Care of North Carolina, for its PHARMACeHOME platform for medication management
