LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RealtyMogul.com, the online marketplace for real estate investing, has hired Chuck Taylor as its Managing Director to run the company’s Atlanta office. The new office and latest executive hire is announced on the heels of its $35 million series B round of funding.
With more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, Taylor will be responsible for originating both debt and equity transactions for RealtyMogul.com. As the head of the Atlanta office, Taylor will be aggressively hiring locally as the company continues to expand.

Most recently at A10 Capital, Taylor served as its principal and executive vice president where he was one of the top performing originators. Based in Atlanta, he covered the southeast sourcing value-added commercial mortgages.
Prior to A10 Capital, Taylor was with a $175MM equity fund, Reynolds Capital Group, where he was the director of acquisitions for two years. For nearly ten years prior, Taylor was with JPMorgan, focused on CMBS. He served in many senior positions during his tenure, including executive director and head of underwriting for the east region (comprised of NY and Atlanta). While there, Taylor completed more than $8 billion of debt transactions.
Taylor earned his B.A. degree in economics and his Masters degree in real estate from the University of Florida.
