MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today the Firm has earned a place on the prestigious 2015 Working Mother & Flex-Time Lawyers Best Law Firms for Women list. This is the eighth time Dorsey has been recognized as one of the “Best Law Firms for Women”.

The survey found that 23% of lawyers at the winning firms use full-time flex-time work arrangements and the percentage of lawyers who work reduced hours grew. The representation of women at the equity partner, non-equity partner and counsel levels has also continued to increase since 2007.
