NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliant Insurance Services, the nation’s largest specialty insurance brokerage firm, today announced the acquisition of Todd Garibaldi Insurance Agency, Inc. (TGI). The transaction is part of the company’s growth plan via acquisition and focus on specialty industries such as agribusiness, construction, public entity, energy, tribal nations, and employee benefits.

TGI is the second agribusiness-focused agency Alliant has acquired in 2015. Solidifying its preeminence within the California agribusiness and food processing risk management arena, Alliant now has 10 offices in California dedicated to farmers and growers with six of the offices located within the Central Valley.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
