RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions today announced that BJ’s Wholesale Club, a leading operator of warehouse clubs on the East Coast, has selected Toshiba TCxTMCare to manage and be the single point of contact for all maintenance services, including Toshiba point of sale hardware and all other OEM retail store equipment. Recognizing BJ’s expansive investment in technology, experts from Toshiba will lead and manage all services, providing maintenance for Toshiba’s System 6 self-checkout and other hardware, and OEM peripherals from other BJ’s vendors, including in-house scanners, pin pads, battery back-up devices, printers and displays. Toshiba will also provide strategic value by managing replacement stock in support of the store’s equipment needs.
