DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kendall Law Group, led by former federal judge Joe Kendall, is investigating Gramercy Property Trust Inc. The merger agreement also places questionable limits on prospective bids and a hefty termination fee if a more favorable bid is accepted by Gramercy.
