PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citizens Bank has been named one of the Most Reputable Banks in the country, according to the American Banker/Reputation Institute Survey of Bank Reputations released today.
Citizens Bank placed ninth out of 32 banks based on customer scores on the 2015 list of America’s most reputable banks. Citizens’ 2015 customer results showed the fourth-best year-over-year improvement in the industry. Conducted annually by American Banker and Reputation Institute, the survey asks respondents to rank banks according to factors of corporate reputation that the Reputation Institute applies across industries.
