PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On the heels of its $43 million expansion round of funding and the unveiling of the next generation of its signature Software-Defined Application Delivery (SDAD) platform, Instart Logic today announced its expansion into the European region. The company has opened offices in Cologne, Germany and London. The expansion will increase Instart Logic’s presence within the region, fueling growth through sales and services for its global customers, including leading Dutch luxury online retailer Winkelstraat.nl and social media management site Commun.it.
Kevin Platz has joined as Instart Logic’s director of EMEA sales. Prior to joining the company, Platz served as vice president of sales for the EMEA region for various U.S.-based enterprise organizations, the latest, Fusion-io in Cologne, Germany. There, he founded and grew the sales organization revenue to $60 million.
Additionally, with the expansion into the European region, Instart Logic also is extending its platform with new features to meet the needs of large global enterprises:
- Managed Domain Name System (DNS) Service: DNS service powered by Dyn serves as the front-end to the application delivery service, working seamlessly with Instart Logic’s SDAD platform to deliver content intelligently. The result is radically faster web performance and a superior user experience.
