SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VeloCloud Networks Inc., a cloud networking company, will demonstrate how its cloud-delivered Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solution enhances Cisco® enterprise branch networking solutions to assure performance of video collaboration applications over the Internet. The demonstration is taking place in Booth #1636 at the Cisco Live event, being held June 8 to 11 at the San Diego Convention Center.
The proof-of-concept demo shows the VeloCloud Virtual Edge solution running on Cisco Integrated Services Routers (ISR) and working in conjunction with the global network of VeloCloud Gateways. The VeloCloud cloud-delivered WAN, using VeloCloud Dynamic Multi-Path Optimization, is ideal for securely leveraging Internet and WAN links to deliver real-time applications such as Unified Communications (UC), both from the cloud and on premises.
The VeloCloud offering complements Cisco enterprise WAN solutions and can be deployed to expand an enterprise WAN in either Internet-only or hybrid branch offices.
