Raley’s Selects Unata’s Platform to Power their Omni-Commerce Experience

TORONTO--()--Unata, the award winning omni-commerce provider, today announced that Raley’s, the premier California supermarket chain, has chosen Unata to power their entire digital experience from online to in-store. Unata will kick off the implementation with a re-launch of Raley’s eCommerce offering.

Raley’s selected Unata due to their omni-channel expertise, cutting edge customer experience and ability to power 1-to-1 experiences across all eCommerce elements from homepage to search. Alongside Unata’s market leading platform capabilities, Raley’s selected Unata to be an extension of their digital team, for their deep category expertise.

Recognizing that an omni-channel experience has become essential for today’s connected consumer, Raley’s is investing in its eCommerce channel to offer a more seamless experience for their customers. Product updates will enhance the click and collect functionality, which allows Raley’s customers to pick up items they ordered online in-store.

The announcement comes at a time when Unata has solidified their standing as an omni-commerce platform leader in North America. In recent months, Unata has expanded its leadership team to include global eCommerce, high growth and vertically focused expertise.
