Interlink Electronics, Inc. Announces the Hire of Chief Financial Officer

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--()--Interlink Electronics, Inc. (OTC: LINK), a global technology leader and trusted advisor in Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions, is pleased to announce that Ms. Tracy Kern has been appointed the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Kern brings over 15 years of business experience in public accounting to Interlink Electronics. Ms. Kern was previously the Corporate Controller of Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation where she developed and oversaw the public reporting of a global leading provider of high performance IC solutions to Carrier, Enterprise and Internet of Things (IoT) networks. Her efforts contributed to the relisting and ultimate sale of the company at more than a 30% premium. Prior to Vitesse, Ms. Kern was the Chief Financial Officer for Chad Therapeutics, a publically traded medical device manufacturing company headquartered in Chatsworth, California. She was a manager at the public accounting firm, KPMG and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Kern holds a B.S. in Accounting from California Lutheran University.
