Research and Markets: 2015 Recruitment Advertising Annual

DUBLIN--()--Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/research/8qltdq/2015_recruitment) has announced the addition of the "2015 Recruitment Advertising Annual" report to their offering.

The continuing trend is a movement toward mobile, but within that employers seem to have more interest in seeing video of prospective employees.

Growth in the online recruitment industry has been estimated at near 15 percent, according to IBISWorld. And more growth is expected in the coming decade as more people begin to look for answers to the question, Where can I find a job?

Online jobs classified companies are working to help answer that question. Software has been developed by ApplyAnywhere.com to turn job applications developed for desktops into mobile versions, which can be filled in with a single click. The tool can grab information from a resume and fill in forms.

In the U.S., HireVue has introduced Insights, which matches job candidates with current top performers. Also in the U.S., Shiftgig has grown its revenue 1,000 percent during the past year with a business that matches hourly hospitality workers with employers at the last minute for daily jobs.

In Spain, where the economy suffered and continues to suffer, recruitment sites developed educational products, so job-seekers could update their skills and educate themselves.

In Poland, Grupa Pracuj has expanded its customer base and abilities through acquisitions, which bring an instant boost to the number of users and the technological capability of the site.

We're bringing you a country-by-country snapshot of the recruitment industries. In Germany, for example, StepStone and Monster lead the online jobs market. While in the U.K., Indeed and REED are the leading sites for job-seekers. And in Spain, the leaders are Infojobs, Indeed and Infoempleo. We also have listed some vendors with products that might help you with online recruiting.

Growth is predicted for the employment and recruitment businesses, which are now worth some $22 billion, according to Statista. With that total growth will come growth for the online section of the market, and the active companies are betting on mobile, video and apps that help manage information.
