Kyle, Texas Will Have Its Very Own Freestanding Emergency Center

KYLE, Texas--()--To keep pace with an increasing demand for quality, concierge-level emergency care, Austin Emergency Center will open its freestanding emergency center in late summer on the I 35 feeder road at City Lights Drive.

Austin Emergency Center is founded by 4 board-certified emergency medicine physicians with more than 50 years’ combined ER experience, including previous practice in cardiac, stroke and trauma centers, military medicine, pediatrics, toxicology, and practice in both urban and rural ERs.

The Austin Emergency Center group of physicians currently operates successful Free Standing ERs in Houston, Austin, Beaumont, Laredo, and Dallas, and would like to provide the same great service to the Kyle community.

Austin Emergency Center provides the quality and level of medical care of a hospital-based ER with a private, patient-focused practice—all right in the convenience of your own neighborhood. All testing is done quickly, without the delays associated with traditional, hospital-based emergency departments.

In contrast to an urgent care clinic, Austin Emergency Center is a freestanding emergency room with a team of ER trained doctors, nurses, and technologists that are available 24/7. They use the state-of-the-art equipment and technology of a modern hospital emergency room, including CT scans, bedside emergency ultrasound, digital radiology, and a full clinical laboratory - all in the comfort of an upscale clinical environment.

“We look forward to provide top notch, patient-centered care to the hard-working community of Kyle and the surrounding areas,” said Tom Vo, MD, FACEP, Austin Emergency Center’s Managing Partner.

Austin Emergency Center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are conveniently located on the I 35 feeder road at City Lights Drive.
