Announces new customers and gives international business update

LONDON--()--Box today hosted its annual Box World Tour event in London, bringing together cloud software innovators, CIOs and business leaders to discuss the future of cloud computing and emerging trends in information technology. At the event, Box announced Rituals Cosmetics, University of Dundee and Lancaster University as new customers and provided an update on Box’s roadmap and traction in Europe.

Rituals Cosmetics turns to Box for secure file sharing and collaboration

Rituals Cosmetics, the international home and body cosmetics brand, has chosen Box to equip its staff with file sharing and collaborative capabilities. Today, the luxury lifestyle brand holds over 350 stores, more than 1,000 shop-in-shops and four City Spas in 21 countries. Rituals Cosmetics has seen a rapid expansion in duty free, airline, cruise liners and ferries as well as hotels and is sold on or supplied by sixteen different airlines. The company turned to Box to manage its content securely in the cloud. Its stores and offices are now served with schedules, promotional material and sales brochures all from the Box platform.

University of Dundee brings the cloud to 25,000 students and staff

University of Dundee, a public research university based in the city and Royal burgh of Dundee, has deployed Box to 25,000 staff and students to enable cloud collaboration. With the power of secure file sharing and collaboration, students will benefit from more productive and connected projects.

Lancaster University deploys Box to 18,000 as it embraces digital transformation

Lancaster University, based in the northwest of England and ranked in the UK top-ten universities3, has brought Box to 18,000 staff and students as it offers file sharing and collaboration in the cloud.
