Ameriflight, LLC, the Industry Leader in Pilot Pay, Announces Increase in Retention Bonuses

DALLAS--()--Ameriflight, LLC announced a new pilot pay increase that far exceeds any Part 135 cargo airline.

“We have a comprehensive benefits package for our pilots that demonstrates how important our flight crews are to our business,” said Ameriflight’s CEO Jennifer Dorris.

“Ameriflight has listened to its pilots and, in addition to the wage increases in 2014, we have established a retention program that is the best in our industry. Our goal is to offer the best pay, better schedules and an increased quality of life that will make a real difference in our Pilots’ lives.”

Effective May 1, 2015, Ameriflight will pay retention payments every four months to every full-time Pilot. “Ameriflight understands how important it is to attract and retain the best pilots in the industry. We know by doing this it will not only improve the performance of our airline, it will fuel our company’s future growth,” Ms. Dorris said.

Ameriflight will continue to evaluate compensation in the coming months to create opportunities that will make a difference for our team.

“We believe that this pay increase is a game changer in our industry. It proves that Ameriflight will continue to be the leader in high-priority cargo,” said Ameriflight’s Owner and Chairman Jim Martell.
