NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Harvest Partners SCF, LP (“HP SCF”), a New York-based private investment advisor that provides non-control private equity solutions to business owners, announced some key additions to its team:
- Steve Duke has joined HP SCF as a Principal. Steve sources, structures, executes, and manages portfolio investments. He was most recently a Principal at CCMP Capital Partners.
- Caldwell Zimmerman has joined HP SCF as an Associate. Caldwell executes, structures, and monitors portfolio investments. He was most recently an Associate at Arsenal Capital Partners.
- April Blackmon Meyer has joined HP SCF as a Marketing Associate. April leads the marketing initiatives for HP SCF. She was most recently at JAT Capital Management.

Steven H. Duke
Steve joined HP SCF in 2014. Prior to joining HP SCF, he was a Principal with CCMP Capital where he completed private equity transactions in the healthcare, consumer/retail and energy industries. Prior to CCMP, Steve was an Associate at Bear Growth Capital Partners, an affiliate of Bear Stearns Merchant Banking. Steve began his career as an analyst at Barrington Associates, a boutique middle market investment bank.
He has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Caldwell Zimmerman
Caldwell Zimmerman joined HP SCF in 2015. Prior to joining HP SCF, he was an Associate at Arsenal Capital Partners, where he completed private equity transactions in the healthcare and industrials sectors. Previously, Caldwell was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. While at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity issuances for public and private companies across multiple sectors within the Global Industrials Group.
He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
April Blackmon Meyer
April Blackmon Meyer joined HP SCF in 2015. Prior to joining HP SCF, she was an assistant with equity research and administrative responsibilities at JAT Capital Management and Viking Global Investors, where she organized the execution of research activity for several managing directors. Previously, April worked in account management at Deutsch Inc. and Draft FCB on campaigns for global brands at Johnson & Johnson and Kraft Foods.
She has a B.B.A. in Marketing and Corporate Communications from Baylor University.
