The proposed joint venture will use a white-labeled version of the Oink technology to provide a secure COPPA compliant financial product for the faith-based ministries, charities, churches and other organizations promoting financial discipline and literacy. Closing of the transaction is subject to negotiation and execution of definitive binding agreements.
