Dr Laura Brown is a Management Consultant and Psychologist. Laura works in highly regulated industries such as the Pharmaceutical and Legal industries. She is also the Course Director of a Pharmaceutical MSc at the School of Pharmacy, Cardiff University and MSc Regulatory Affairs, TOPRA. She has consulted with numerous companies including Cranfield School of Management, most of the top 20 Pharma/Biotechnology companies as well as several legal companies. Besides a PhD, and an MBA Laura also has a degree in Psychology. Laura is co-author of several management books including Developing the Individual.
Alec Wilson is a trained voice and drama teacher, who works in business, education, radio and television. For the last twenty years, Alec has been a training consultant for many global companies, including highly regulated industries such as legal and pharmaceutical companies. Alec has a long association with many legal services firms, training staff from graduate trainees to Senior Partners. Companies he has worked with include Novo Nordisk, Rolls Royce Aero Engines, Ford Europe and Microsoft.
