Plaza at MetroCenter Awarded BOMA360

First Building in Nashville to Receive Designation

DALLAS--()--TIER REIT, Inc., a Dallas-based real estate investment trust, announced today that one of its properties, the Plaza at MetroCenter in Nashville, Tennessee, has been recognized with the BOMA360 designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The BOMA360 designation is an honor that recognizes overall excellence in building management and operations. This award marks the first BOMA360 designation in the city of Nashville. The Plaza at MetroCenter joins 24 other properties in the TIER REIT portfolio to earn the BOMA360 designation.

The Plaza at MetroCenter is a three-building office complex that includes a nine-story Plaza Tower, five-story Plaza I and two-story Plaza II and offers more than 361,000 square feet of rentable space in the premier MetroCenter submarket. The buildings are of Italian granite construction with reflective glass exteriors. Amenities include a fitness room and on-site deli. The campus also boasts an abundance of surface parking spaces, and the buildings were renovated in 2005.
