TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Toshiba Corporation’s (TOKYO:6502) Semiconductor & Storage Products Company today announced that it will exhibit its latest semiconductor and storage products and technologies at electronica China 2015. The trade fair for electronic components, systems and applications will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) from March 17 to 19.
Toshiba will highlight solutions in four areas; “Energy & Life”, “Automotive”, “Memory & Storage” and “Mobile & Connectivity”, under the unifying concept of creating a safe, secure and comfortable “Human Smart Community.”

(1) Energy & Life:
Exhibits
will spotlight Toshiba’s broad line-up of discrete products supporting
efficient power management, including high power IGBTs for inverter
systems, the super junction MOSFET “DTMOS series”, and next-generation
power devices using SiC. White LED solutions with the industry’s smallest[1]
0.65 x 0.65cm ultra-small chip scale package, surveillance camera
solutions using image recognition technology and efficient MCU solutions
will also be showcased.
(2) Automotive:
Motor control systems
and integrated driver information solutions to support a more safe and
secure driving experience will be on display.
(3) Memory and
Storage:
Toshiba will display its latest line-up of memory and
storage products, including large capacity HDD / SSHDs for data centers
and embedded NAND flash memories fabricated with cutting-edge 15nm
process technology. SD memory cards with wireless transfer functions,
including the close proximity high-speed wireless transfer technology
“TransferJetTM” and the wireless LAN SD memory card “FlashAirTM”
will also be exhibited.
(4) Mobile & Connectivity:
Toshiba
will introduce its latest connectivity and sensing technologies for
building the IoT. Exhibits include the industry's first[1] 10
watt-class high-speed wireless power charging technology and Bluetooth®
Smart technology integrated with NFC tag functions. “ApP LiteTM”,
which supports small size, low power solutions with sensor interfaces
and cloud communication functions, and CMOS image sensor technologies
with HDR and high image recognition performance will also be featured.
