BEVERLY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC (“Brookwood”), a leading real estate investment and asset management company, today announced that Nathalie Nguyen, Jason Reinhardt, Carlen Reis and Kim Sharrow have joined Brookwood Management Partners, LLC.
Ms. Reis will serve as a Property Manager and Ms. Nguyen will serve as an Assistant Property Manager for Bernardo Executive Center, Four Points Business Park and Mission Valley Crossroads located in San Diego. Ms. Sharrow will serve as a Senior Property Manager and Mr. Reinhart will serve as a Chief Engineer for Maitland 200 located in Maitland, FL.

Ms. Nguyen has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Most recently, Ms. Nguyen worked in fiscal operations for REIT Management Property Management (“REIT”) where she helped streamline financial reporting for the southwest region. Before REIT, Ms. Nguyen was an Assistant Property Manager for Maguire Properties where she helped manage a 2,000,000 square foot portfolio of Class A office product in San Diego. Ms. Nguyen is a graduate of San Diego State University and has a B.S. in business management and marketing from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Reinhardt has more than 10 years of electrical and engineering experience and is a Certified Electrician. Prior to joining Brookwood, Mr. Reinhardt was a Building Engineer for Parkway Properties. Prior to that, Mr. Reinhardt was a Building Engineer for commercial properties in the Orlando area for Able Engineering Services and Colonial Properties Trust.
Ms. Reis has more than 10 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. Ms. Reis joins Brookwood from Meissner Jacquet where she was a Real Estate and Accounting Assistant for Class A office, industrial and retail properties. Ms. Reis began her career as a Property Assistant at Pacific Living Properties and before that worked for Olen Properties as a Leasing Consultant.
Ms. Sharrow has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Brookwood, Ms. Sharrow was a Senior Property Manager for Eola Capital Partners/Parkway Reality Services where she managed a portfolio of over 700,000 square feet of commercial office property. Ms. Sharrow began her career as a Project Manager with the Paragon Group and then worked as a Senior Property Manager for the Gaedeke Group.
