DentaQuest’s Vision Program Now Reaches More Than One Million Members

eyeQuest Product Has Grown Substantially Since 2009 Inception

BOSTON--()--DentaQuest announced today that its full-scope vision program, eyeQuest, now reaches more than one million members. First implemented in 2009, the eyeQuest program has delivered its growth using the same time-tested approach to plan administration and service that has made DentaQuest’s dental product so successful.

The eyeQuest product is currently provided in eight markets: Florida, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Washington, and Washington, D.C. Offering a full line of vision and eye care services, DentaQuest has earned a reputation as a dependable business partner for health care plans seeking a practical solution for vision program management. With a strong focus on prevention and administrative simplification, DentaQuest’s programs optimize patient outcomes while reducing overall health care costs.

DentaQuest made the decision to get into the eye care field five years ago to better meet the needs of health plan customers that prefer to purchase dental and vision benefits together. While DentaQuest’s main product line will continue to be high-quality dental plans, the addition of the eyeQuest product has been a way for DentaQuest to work even more closely with its health care partners to address their administrative needs for these specialized services while improving the overall health of their members.

DentaQuest’s vision and medical model includes a benefit covering periodic eye exams and eyeglasses, and an integrated medical and surgical benefit covering more advanced eye services.
