Elgart joins CCP after several years of leadership positions incorporating healthcare, human resources, marketing and customer service. Elgart began his career as the citywide administrator responsible for 1,500+ schools at the New York City Department of Education, the largest school system in the United States. Most recently, Elgart was the acting COO for Red Fern Casualty, a national company specializing in insurance products for physicians and other healthcare providers.

Elgart received his Bachelor’s degree from American University in Washington, D.C. and his masters from the University of Virginia.
