OLYMPIA, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Results from two polls taken of likely voters and of small-business owners on Gov. Jay Inslee’s plan to lower greenhouse gas emissions in Washington state will be released tomorrow, Wednesday, December 10, on a teleconference call starting at 11 a.m.
