Senior IT Execs from AIG, Encompass, Great American Insurance Group, MetLife, Patriot National, and Penn Mutual join Nominating Committee for 2015 Novarica Research Council Impact Awards

Nominees to be announced at 2015 Novarica Council Meeting, April 29, 2015 in Providence, RI.

BOSTON--()--Novarica, a research and advisory firm focused on insurance technology strategy, today announced the nominating committee for the 4th Annual Novarica Research Council Impact Awards. Committee members include:

  • Karl Uphoff, CIO, AIG Consumer Insurance (Americas)
  • Curt Kibler, Director of Technology, Encompass Insurance Company
  • Piyush Singh, SVP and CIO, Great American Insurance Group, P&C Operations
  • John Gilmore, VP of Global Employee Benefits IT, MetLife
  • Judy Haddad, EVP and CIO, Patriot National
  • Greg Driscoll, CIO, The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company

The committee members will review case studies based on submissions from among the more than 300 members of the Novarica Insurance Technology Research Council of insurer CIOs and senior insurer IT executives, a free, private, moderated knowledge-sharing community for insurance IT leaders.

The Novarica Research Council Impact Awards, which honor case studies of impactful technology initiatives by insurers, are the only completely peer-judged honor in insurance technology. Only Council members, not vendors, consultants, or journalists, select the nominees and vote for winners. Submissions for the 2015 Awards are welcome before February 28, 2015, and the submission form is online at www.novarica.com/impact2015/.
