IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC (Bellwether Enterprise), the commercial and multifamily mortgage banking subsidiary of Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. (Enterprise), today announced the hiring of Laurie Morfin as senior vice president. Morfin will be based in the company’s Irvine, Calif. office.
Morfin has 18 years of commercial real estate finance experience and joins Bellwether Enterprise from Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. While at Prudential, she was responsible for the direct origination of multifamily debt on behalf of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, Prudential’s General Account and CMBS executions. Previously, Laurie was with Wells Fargo’s CMBS group and earlier was part of the Nationwide Insurance loan origination team.

Morfin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
