WILTON, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Sun Products Corporation announced today that Michael Bauersfeld has resigned as the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Controller & Treasurer to pursue other interests. The Company has appointed Jody L. Macedonio, currently the Company’s Vice President of Finance & Planning, to the additional role of Treasurer, responsible for all treasury functions at the Company including investor relations. Kevin Page, currently the Company’s Director of Financial Operations will assume the role of interim Corporate Controller.
