Mr. Parker, former longtime COO and EVP of Ariba (acquired by SAP), brings to the Board decades of knowledge in procurement, risk management, supply chain, and marketplace solutions.
Prior to Ariba, Mr. Parker served as the SVP of Global Services at FreeMarkets and was a member of the executive team that successfully launched and grew national retailer, Caribou Coffee. He has held various leadership roles in manufacturing, procurement, and engineering with global companies, including Textron and United Technologies. Mr. Parker joins the PICS Board to help guide its worldwide expansion strategy, and to assist in shaping the Company’s development of global commercial communities.
