EMAS Offshore Limited ("EMAS" or the "Company") refers to its announcement on 29 August 2014, in which the Company announced that it had lodged the prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") in relation to the proposed offering (the "Proposed Offering"). The Company wishes to announce that the final prospectus has been registered with MAS on 29 September 2014.
Furthermore, the Company is pleased to announce that the last condition precedent for the completion of the Business Combination has been fulfilled. As such, the condition for payment of the dividend declared by the Board of Directors on 7 August 2014 of NOK 1.12 per share has been fulfilled. The shares will trade ex-dividend with effect from 30 September 2014. The dividend is expected to be paid on or about 9 October 2014 to shareholders as of record 2 October 2014.
