AFBA Hires New VP of Human Resources

A. Jeanine Hoover will play a critical role as AFBA’s Vice President of Human Resources

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--()--Armed Forces Benefit Association (AFBA) announces that A. Jeanine Hoover is joining our team as Vice President of Human Resources, effective September 3, 2014.

“Jeanine brings a breadth of knowledge and years of experience to AFBA,” said Ralph E. Eberhart, General, USAF (Ret.), Chairman and President, AFBA. “We succeed in serving those who serve our nation because of our diverse, innovative, and hard-working staff. Jeanine will provide the leadership to recruit, develop, and retain that talent.”

Hoover comes to AFBA from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. She joined NCMEC in 2000 after many years of experience in all areas of human resources.

Hoover is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®). Additionally, she received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College of Syracuse, NY. She has completed some graduate work at the University of Maryland, College Park; and is completing her Master of Science in Management, Human Resources with the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC.
