Spredfast Names Tim Barker Chief Financial Officer

AUSTIN, Texas--()--Spredfast, the most comprehensive social marketing platform, today announced the appointment of Tim Barker as Chief Financial Officer. Tim has more than two decades of experience developing and managing financial and accounting organizations for public and private businesses operating in high growth environments.

Most recently, Tim served as the CFO and Treasurer for RealPage, Inc. (NYSE: RP). Tim joined RealPage in 2005 and oversaw growth through a 2010 IPO to over $370m in annual revenue. Prior to RealPage, Tim was the CFO of etalk, which was acquired by Autonomy. There he managed the company’s corporate operations including finance and accounting, human resources, legal, and information technology. Earlier in his career, Tim held executive finance and accounting roles at companies including Sourcecorp, Arthur Andersen LLP, and Sunbelt National Mortgage Corporation.
