Mr. Shutt joins the firm as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Shutt brings more than 20 years of leadership experience within the technology and communications industries.
Mr. Shutt’s experience includes co-founding Universal Access, where he served as CEO from October of 1997 to November of 2002. Under his leadership, Universal Access grew from a start up to greater than a $140 million run rate in revenue within four years. After Universal Access, Mr. Shutt co-founded 20/20 Technologies in January 2003. The organization acquired several technology companies, eventually operating under the global brand of Global Capacity. Shutt served as CEO and Board Member of Global Capacity until 2012 and still remains a Board Member today.
With Mr. Shutt joining the Unitas Global team, the company's founder Grant Kirkwood can devote his time and energy to developing and executing the company’s strategic vision in the role of Chief Technology and Strategy Officer.
