IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Verify, Inc. a leading supplier performance management services company, announced the successful launch of the company’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform (code-named CORE) across its entire European business portfolio. This rollout was Phase One of a two-part global ERP implementation.
Verify’s ERP platform is built on Microsoft Dynamics AX architecture which has been designed to optimize business processes; assure data integrity; and streamline and integrate the organization across locations, business units, departments, individuals and technology platforms. It also is allowing Verify to:
- Improve business information management and analysis
- Drive efficiency
- Support scalability
- Build upon a foundation of industry best practices
After running parallel systems to ensure a seamless transition, Europe made a full switch to the new platform on August 4, 2014. This measured approach provides the roadmap for the comprehensive ERP rollout scheduled for the first quarter of 2015.
“The UK team has worked tirelessly to ensure our new ERP platform, processes and supporting systems are effectively and thoroughly tested,” said Richard Dickson, Business Manager for Verify Europe. “We are happy to report that the transition onto our new ERP platform has been smooth.”
“Verify’s updated systems have been easy to learn and I appreciate the increased functionality of the new platform,” said Scott Patterson, Verify Field Resource Engineer. “Entering information about my field activities previously required me to enter multiple systems, now I can complete everything in one place.”
“A critical element of Verify’s strategic business plan is the emphasis of cutting-edge technology as a competitive differentiator,” said Alan McIntosh, President and COO for Verify. “Successfully replacing our legacy business systems with a fully integrated ERP platform, we built a robust and scalable foundation from which to effectively execute our mission to be the world’s leading Supplier Performance Management Company. All teams involved in this exciting and challenging project should be proud of their accomplishments.”
