Cambridge Announces New Vice President

Bell to lead Retirement Center and Wealth Strategies Team

FAIRFIELD, Iowa--()--Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. (Cambridge) announced Colleen Bell has been promoted to Vice President, Retirement Center and Wealth Strategies. Bell joined Cambridge in 2006 following her experience working as an examiner with the Securities and Exchange Commission. She has most recently served as Assistant Vice President, Corporate Strategies at Cambridge.

“In the last couple of years, Colleen has been instrumental in leading Cambridge’s Retirement Center initiatives,” said Dan Sullivan, Executive Vice President. “In order to better support our Client Solutions team and help them do what they do best, Colleen will begin leading the Wealth Strategies team in addition to the Retirement Center. These three teams will work together to support our advisors with their advanced planning needs and complex client situations.”

Cambridge is committed to expanding its already robust technology offerings for its rep-advisors through the Retirement Center. The focus will remain on streamlining the process of servicing retirement plans and individual participants and clients in the accumulation and distribution phases of life to assist rep-advisors in becoming more efficient.

“Colleen will lead the Retirement Center’s execution and integration of these industry leading technology tool providers,” says Sullivan. “Since creation, the Retirement Center has been a value-added benefit to our advisors, and we look forward to continuing to provide tools and resources that enhance our rep-advisors’ businesses.”
