COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Juju Factory advertising announced its advertising plan for new client D.R. Horton helped the homebuilder sell out the first phase of their Seaglass townhome community in just two weeks.
D.R. Horton assigned Juju Factory to launch Seaglass, a community of 42 townhomes in San Marcos, California, in March 2014. Juju Factory developed the comprehensive marketing plan for Seaglass, including the logo, sales materials, advertising campaign, and the integrated digital and print media strategy to geo-target prospects by demographics. The plan resulted in the complete sellout of the first phase of Seaglass in just two weeks, including two sales on grand opening day.
“It’s a privilege to be chosen by America’s largest new home builder to launch Seaglass,” said Juju Factory Account Director, Jayne Bradley. “We brought some different creative and media strategies to this project which we believe were key to attracting the right buyer types for Seaglass. The sales results seem to confirm that.”
Seaglass is a hillside community near Lake San Marcos. The location offers panoramic views plus access to a marina, golf courses, schools, shopping and nearby beaches. However, that doesn’t guarantee a buyer audience, noted Bradley. “Seaglass is a bit unusual because it’s a brand new community located in a mature neighborhood, and you have to target the right kind of prospect for that. So this sales success is especially satisfying for D.R. Horton, and for us.”
D.R. Horton has been ranked America’s largest homebuilder for 12 consecutive years by Builder Magazine. “They’re ranked number one so we’re honored to be chosen by them,” said Bradley. “But it’s a fight for every sale, every time, whatever the location and market conditions. I think they like it that we recognize that. We look forward to helping them get more sales, whichever way the market goes.”
