Shapiro brings significant expertise in designing and executing omni-channel marketing software for retail and consumer products companies. Her experience serving at leading firms such as IBM and Ernst & Young enable Shapiro to bring a fresh perspective to the Aptaris leadership team.

Most recently, Shapiro served as program director in the software group at IBM. Shapiro also was vice president of product management at DemandTec, which was acquired by IBM, and vice president of Connect3 Systems. Prior to joining Connect3, Shapiro spent 13 years leading various technology innovations for The Home Depot in the areas of marketing, merchandising and advertising.
While working at The Home Depot, Shapiro managed the implementation of a marketing and resource management solution across 12 functional areas and 200 end-users. Shapiro also redesigned the marketing planning processes, including implementing new technology and a training curriculum to enhance execution for omni-channel marketing programs.
