Interim Dividend
The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 38 pence per C share (further to the interim dividend of 20 pence per C share declared in February 2014).
The interim dividend will be paid on 17 September 2014 to the C shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 29 August 2014. The C shares will be marked ex-dividend on 27 August 2014.
