Archway Names New Senior Vice President of Operations

ROGERS, Minn.--()--Archway, a leader in marketing logistics, fulfillment services and supply chain management, today announced the appointment of Walter L. Caudill to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. Caudill will work with the company’s leadership to initiate enterprise wide strategies and procedures that support Archway’s sales growth plans.

Caudill has extensive experience in implementing operational best practices in all areas of business and is especially skilled at enhancing the customer experience and improving customer service and loyalty. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading operational strategy, driving excellence in customer experience and service, integrating best practices, standardizing operating procedures, expanding quality control and optimizing labor management and productivity.

Caudill possesses nearly 30 years of experience leading businesses in various management roles including Vice President of Global Services, Managing Director, Vice President of Operations and Support Services, and Vice President of General Administrative Services. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Cornerstone Records Management, a Sterling Partners Portfolio Company.
