NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--For the fourth consecutive year, Robin Ferracone – chief executive officer of Farient Advisors, a leading independent executive compensation and performance consulting firm – has been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors’ (NACD) Directorship 100.
The Directorship 100, a list of the most influential people in the boardroom and corporate governance community, honors influencers who play a significant role in agenda-shaping in boardrooms across the U.S. Ferracone, a recognized thought leader, has been lauded for her noteworthy contributions to the field of executive compensation.

She was previously president and chairman of SCA Consulting, a firm she co-founded in 1985 and sold to Mercer in 2001.
