Excentus Corporation Names Brandon Logsdon President & CEO

DALLAS--()--The Board of Directors of Excentus Corporation announced on August 1, 2014, that Brandon Logsdon has been named Chief Executive Officer in addition to his role as President, and G. Randy Nicholson has been named Chairman of the Board.

“Brandon has been a significant driver behind the growth of Excentus Corporation and the design of the Fuel Rewards® program during the dozen-plus years he has been with the Company,” said Nicholson. “In this new role, his leadership, strategic vision and business acumen will help drive accelerated innovation and growth. The majority shareholders, Board and I have every confidence in Brandon’s ability to lead and inspire the team during this exciting and transformative time.” Prior to accepting this role, Mr. Logsdon was the President and Chief Operating Officer at Excentus where he oversaw all aspects of business development, marketing, technology, client services and customer care.

Prior to joining Excentus in 2002, Mr. Logsdon worked at GTE Internetworking, Chase Manhattan, iChoose, and was Co-founder and Principal of Bloomin Partners, Inc. Mr. Logsdon holds a BA in Finance and Marketing from Texas Christian University.

G. Randy Nicholson, President of AutoGas, is the inventor of several of the patents previously acquired by Excentus. Mr. Nicholson has been a board member of the Company since September 2008.
