RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Associa, North America’s largest community association management firm company, is proud to announce that Implementation Manager Kelly Zibell has attained her Professional Manager of Community Associations (PCAM®) designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
“We are extremely proud of Kelly for attaining the highest level of certification in the industry,” says Director of Systems Training Kristin Serdahl. “This designation is for the best of the best and that’s exactly how we feel about Kelly. She always goes above and beyond to get the job done.”
Zibell has been with Associa for six years and currently manages the implementation team related to accounting at the client shared services center (CSSC) in Richardson, Texas. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with an option in Management and a minor in Psychology from California State University, Chico.
“I feel like this validates how far I’ve come in my career and also keeps me connected to the management aspect of our business as I’ve transitioned to a training role in the last few years,” says Zibell. It’s critically important for the PCAM® to be the standard that we want managers to achieve throughout their career as we work towards our Vision 2020 goals of being best in class.”
The PCAM® designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. In order to earn the PCAM® designation, managers must have five years of community association management experience, successfully complete all six M-200 level programs, earn the CMCA® designation and complete a case study, among other things.
