Norton Rose Fulbright Expands Power Practice with Regulatory and Compliance/Enforcement Team

WASHINGTON--()--The global legal practice of Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that a regulatory compliance and enforcement team, led by Joseph Williams, has joined its Washington, DC office.

Williams joins Norton Rose Fulbright from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where he concentrated his practice on compliance enforcement matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”). Associates Ryan Norfolk and Anna Biegelsen have also joined the firm.
