PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aurora Diagnostics announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Hallmark Pathology, P.C. headquartered in Medford, MA. Hallmark is a provider of anatomic pathology services for two community hospitals in the greater Boston area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Hallmark pathologists have a legacy of providing high quality, best practice pathology services in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Their sub-specialized, credentialed Pathologists are accustomed to meeting the needs of the diversity of patients in the community hospital setting.
